Voucher Terms & Conditions
Please note that due to the complexity of email spam features implemented by various email service providers, we cannot guarantee the email delivery of Vouchers to the recipient. After purchase, please confirm with the recipient that they have received their Voucher. To be safe, we recommend downloading a copy of their Voucher on the ‘Thank You’ page once your order has been completed. If you are having trouble, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
- Mowana Spa carries a strictly no refunds policy on all voucher purchases.
- Vouchers must be presented upon arrival in order to be redeemed.
- R100 & 10% discount vouchers are only applicable against standard full priced Mowana Spa Pamper Journeys & not against discounted promotions including gifts or discounts.
- Rescheduling 24 hours (twenty four hours) before your booking will result in a 10% administration fee based on the full amount of the reservation, which is payable when rebooking.
- Rescheduling 24 hours or less prior to your booking will result in a 50% administration fee based on the full amount of the reservation which is payable upon re booking
- Rescheduling on the day of your booking will result in a 100% forfeiture of your booking at Mowana Spa
- Clients to advise Special Meal Requirements 72 hours prior to arrival – surcharges as follows :
- Half Day Packages – Halaal / Kosher R250 per person
- Full Day Packages – Halaal / Kosher R360 per person
- High Tea – Halaal / Kosher R85 per person
- No Shows will result in a100% forfeiture of booking
- Less than 48 hours’ cancellation notice will result in a100% forfeiture of booking
- 49 hours to 72 hours’ cancellation notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee based on the full amount of the reservation
- 4 days to 14 days’ cancellation notice will result in a 15% cancellation fee based on the full amount of the reservation
- More than 15 days’ cancellation notice – a 100% refund in Mowana Spa vouchers will be issued for the monetary value of the reservation.
- No monetary refunds (Cash/Cheque/EFT) will be issued, Reimbursement will be given in Mowana Spa vouchers only
ANY ALTERATIONS TO YOUR BOOKING (POSTPONEMENT / CANCELLATIONS) MUST BE INITIATED IN WRITING TO RESERVATIONS@MOWANASPA.CO.ZA WITHIN OFFICE HOURS AS PER THE CONDITIONS ABOVE (MONDAY – FRIDAY 08H00 -17H00, SATURDAYS 08H00-15H00 – SUNDAYS CLOSED)
